Peterson Pits- March 23

This is the sunrise at the Peterson Pits just north of Ames, Ia. I used two shots and placed them together to get the proper exposure, although I over saturated the photo a bit. I am excited to receive my new neutral density filter in the mail next week so I can improve my landscape shots. I have a lot of practice ahead of me to produce photographs that can compete with the pros.
